This is the book that sealed the intermittent fasting deal for me. The Obesity Code, by Jason Fung, MD, very nicely breaks down the science of why we gain weight and how living an intermittent fasting lifestyle can not only help with weight loss, but can help erase years of damage caused by overeating and poor weight loss decisions.
There’s a bit of science in this book, but don’t let that sway you. The information is written in a way that is very easy to understand.
